You’ll be offered plenty of space within the retreat program to take advantage of the natural beauty and retreat facilities. Gymea Day Spa is available by appointment to retreat guests at the discounted rate of $30 for one hour or $35 for two hours. A Day Spa Session includes use of the Sauna, Steam Room, Magnesium Plunge Pool, Hydrotherapy Spa.
The Mastery Retreat Schedule:
THURSDAY
12.00pm – 2.00pm: Arrive at the magnificent Gymea Eco Retreat and be greeted by your hosts. Take time to settle in and unpack.
3.00pm: Afternoon tea provided. Time for you to acquaint yourself with your surrounds and maybe take a walk through the beautiful bushland.
4.00pm – 9.00pm: Session #1. Including opening night dinner celebration.
FRIDAY
5.30am: Silent meditation in the Octagon
6.30am: Yoga for all experience levels
8.00am: Breakfast
9.00am: Session #2 including morning tea
1.00pm: Lunch
1.30pm – 3.00pm: Free time. Take a walk, enjoy a day spa treatment, soak in the magnesium pool or simply sit in the beautiful surrounds and integrate the rapid yet gentle changes taking place for you at a soul level.
3.00pm – 6.00pm Session #3
6.00pm Dinner
7.30pm Evening reflection and guided visualisation
SATURDAY
5.30am: Silent meditation in the Octagon
6.30am: Yoga for all experience levels
8.00am: Breakfast
9.00am: Session #4 including morning tea

Accommodation at Gymea: All rooms equipped with 5 star eco inner sprung latex topped single/king beds and organic sheets. Each room includes its own shower and toilet. Accommodation on the retreat is twin share with ensuite. You can secure a private room for an additional $180.
Food: We are thrilled to announce that local chefs Organic Passion Catering will provide us with an entirely organic and vegetarian menu for The Mastery Retreat. Organic Passion use home grown, hand picked fruits and vegetables from their own organic garden, as well as organic produce from the local farmers markets. Their menus are mostly seasonal, and always fresh organic produce.
