Rest and Rejuvenate with Laughing Lotus Yoga, at the Gymea Eco Retreat and Spa.

Only 15 clients will have an opportunity to be a part of this special Yoga Retreat.

We will practice Hatha Yoga from early morning through to the evenings, covering a range of Gentle, Energising, Restorative, Nidra and Meditation sessions.  Of course if you just want to relax by the luxurious pool, or find a quiet spot to relax in the tranquil grounds you may do this at any time.

  • Inclusive of a 1 hour massage, and a 2 hour spa treatment (Jacuzzi, sauna and plunge pool).
  • Beautiful and nourishing organic Vegetarian food, (catered to your nutritional needs).
  • Eco Deluxe Accommodation- The sustainable retreat offers Eco Deluxe double rooms, which are all equipped with luxury 5 star eco inner sprung latex topped single or king beds.  All bedding, machester and room furnishings have been carefully selected to meet biodynamic or organic certification standards.  Each room includes its own shower and toilet

Lisa McGarva (B.Ed)


Lisa is the principal Teacher and founder of Laughing Lotus Yoga. She has practiced Yoga since 1998 and studied Yoga through My Health Yoga in Brisbane.  She is currently studying her Level 2 with Flo Fenton’s In Touch Yoga with a focus on Yoga Therapy.
Lisa is also a qualified Teacher with Education Queensland with 16 years of experience.
She is passionate about yoga as regular practice has enabled her to find balance and peace within. She loves to share this knowledge through her classes with the community.
