Finding Freedom 8 – 12 May

All About Finding Freedom:

More than just a yoga retreat, Take Me There is bringing together the best in the business to take your mind to places you thought you could never go.

This event like no other is a one-stop shop of healing, transformation, inner growth, love, laughter and a whole lot of fun!

Are you ready to go on a journey of self-discovery?

Have you always wondered if there was something more to this life than other than work, eat, sleep repeat?

Do you even know why you’re here and what your purpose is?

Daily yoga where you will learn (and feel) the importance of starting the day right by connecting with your body and your mind. Designed to be accessible to everyone and beginners are particularly welcome!

We will give you the tools to start your own meditation practice, this can feel especially daunting but once you start you will see what the fuss is all about!  Seasoned meditators may even learn some new tools and experience a deeper practice.

You’ll be ever so gently guided inwards to shake up that which keeps you stuck. Peeling back layers of past hurts which you may not even know are holding you back. Yes, there is work to do, but there is a whole lot of fun too! On this journey of elevation, you will be inspired by inspirational storytellers, lose your inhibitions and learn to move freely to amazing beats. Who knows, you may even find your voice?! 😉
