Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The purpose of a retreat deposit is to reserve specific dates for you and for your group.  Once the deposit has been received we no longer offer these dates to anyone.  If other prospective clients ask for your dates, we inform them that the dates are not available.

In the event that you wish to cancel or reschedule your retreat, we will do our best to fill those dates with another retreat, but this may prove difficult, if the time between cancellation and your retreat date is too close.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • Cancel or Reschedule 10 months prior to deposited retreat date: deposit will be refunded / credited in full
  • Cancel or Reschedule 6-10 months prior to deposited retreat date: 50% of deposit will be refunded / credited ONLY if the dates are rebooked by another retreat host
  • Cancel or Reschedule less than 6 months prior to deposited retreat date: deposit is non-refundable
