Nutritionist-created meals by Sarah Challen B. Hlth Sci (Nutritional Medicine).
Sarah’s belief that “every mouthful is medicine” is echoed in the fresh and nourishing meals created in her kitchens. Inspiration is taken from seasonal produce, urban farming and foraging, current food trends, and a diverse array of therapeutic philosophies: including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Locally sourced produce from organic farmers in Uki and surrounds will be the centrepiece of meals cooked for the retreat; carefully prepared to nourish, nurture and sustain participants. You can see more of Sarah’s creations on her social media pages.
