Day 1 – Once you have been through the strongest parts of your detox and you are well on your way to enjoying your healthy body, we meet on day 6 at the exquisite 5 star eco Gymea Retreat Centre in the Gold Coast Hinterland for the final 4 days and 3 nights of your cleanse. Everything here from the natural bushwalks, organic décor, and EVERYTHING being toxin free including the vegetarian fully catered cleansing foods to allow your body to go into it’s natural detoxifying state. On arrival you will have an opportunity to soak in the magnesium healing pools, enjoy your choice of massage therapy treatment and spa relaxation time in the award winning day spa on site. Rest, arrive, replete.
Day 2 – The Uncovering: Hot Yoga daily catered to your experience level, cleansing juices and delicious gourmet pure breakfast, teaching you inspiring pure nutrition. Advanced enneagram teachings to identify patterns and behaviors that have you feeling stuck. Identify and uncover limitations and blocks that are past their expiry date, and begin their end. Enjoying the space that is designed to carry you into a quality of stillness that is cleansing in the deepest sense. The evening meditation sessions will allow your mind and body to unwind, release and rest deeply each night.
Day 3 – The finishing: After morning hot yoga and cleansing breakfast we get right into learning power tools to clear and finish with these patterns and limitations. The gift and the art of letting go. Emotional Evolution from the inside out.
Day 4 – Life as a movement: Understanding your values, your language of love expressed, shifting the relationship game with life. Ready to implement your living change from this clear space, getting the very best from your body and your life!
