self-care. As yoga teachers we see how beneficial yoga, and meditation can be to self-healing
and we would like to offer this as a full week immersion into a subtle, yet very powerful
The benefits of giving yourself time on a healing retreat can assist in so many ways.
Essentially, it is about giving yourself an opportunity to slow down a little, filling yourself back
up, experiencing all that is that we offer during your stay completely, without the distractions
of needing be doing or being anywhere else.
No yoga experience necessary.

~ release tension in the body with a tranquil soak in the magnesium pool
