Brita’s teaching includes a lot of interactive exercises so you can see for yourself what is actually happening. Brita believes the best way to teach is to guide you through the experience and in doing so, hand you tools to do it yourself. Everything she teaches has been proven through Quantum Physics. But don’t worry, you don’t have to learn any physics to do it!!
